Day 1 : Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Meet your driver-guide and embark on a scenic drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, passing rolling hills, terraced farms, tea plantations, and local villages. If arriving via Kigali, cross the border into Uganda and continue through the lush highlands. Arrive at your forest lodge in the late afternoon, check in, and relax. Dinner is served as you prepare for tomorrow’s gorilla trekking adventure.

Day 2 : Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi

After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for registration and a briefing from Uganda Wildlife Authority rangers. You’ll be assigned a gorilla family and begin your guided trek through the dense rainforest, which can take 2–6 hours depending on the gorillas’ location. Along the way, enjoy the lush jungle, streams, birds, monkeys, and unique plant life.

Once the gorillas are found, spend one unforgettable hour observing them up close — watching playful infants, nurturing mothers, and the protective silverback. After the trek, return to your lodge to relax. Optional afternoon activities include a Batwa cultural visit, community walk, or nature and birdwatching excursions.

Day 4 : Nairobi National Park & Giraffe Centre
