DAY1: Our driver guide will pick you up from the airport transfer you to near by lodge in Kasese ready to commence your 7 days Uganda gorilla and hiking adventure. We shall have our packed lunch on the way. Overnight stay in near by hotel in Kasese.
DAY2: ASCENDING RWENZORI TO NYABITABE CAMP. (2651M)
This hiking experience starts from Nyakalengija, that acts as the head quarters of the Rwenzori mountains park. Hiking to the base camp of Nyabitabe is tiresome but rewarding activity.
Whether you are new to trekking or an experienced hiker, these treks offer a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. As you ascend to the Nyabitabe camp, the Rwenzori Mountain vegetation zones are diverse due to vary in climatic conditions.
DAY3: TRANSFER TO QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK.
Early morning after break fast, transfer from Kasese to QENP for an evening boat cruise at Kazinga channel after checking into the hotel and having luncheon.
Aboat cruise on Kazinga channel is a rewarding activity as it will expose you to the flora and fauna of the park ranging from the aquatics like the crocodiles, hippopotamus and a variety of land mammals like elephants, buffaloes, and a lot more as they graze along Kazinga channel. Its also known for over 600bird species perfect for birders.
DAY 4: TRANSFER TO BWINDI IMPENETRABLE VIA ISHASHA SECTOR.
Early morning after break fast, transfer to Buhoma via Ishasha sector ready for the next day early morning experience. Its a 2-3 hours drive, with an evening Batwa cultural experience. This will expose you to the traditional forest lives of the Batwa(pygmies).
DAY 5: GORILLA TREKKING EXPERIENCE.
Early morning 7:00am transfer to the park head quarters for briefing before set off for gorilla trekking experience in Buhoma sector. Afternoon, after lunch, transfer to lake Mburo national park.
DAY6: EARLY MORNING GAME DRIVE IN LAKE MBURO NATIONAL PARK.
Early morning game drive in the lake Mburo national park after break fast. This is a perfect exposure to the fauna of the park ranging from water bucks, Uganda Kobs, zebra and leopards of lake Mburo on a lucky day. Evening boat cruise on lake Mburo is perfect for the aquatics lovers and and water birds trying to feed on the worms and small fish for king fishers.
DAY7: TRANSFER BACK TO ENTEBBE AIRPORT.
Early morning after break fast transfer back to Entebbe air port ready to board back to home country. Stop over at the equator for northern and southern hemisphere experience.
